Leaving Sky for being awful, how do I get them to send me the packaging to return thei terrible equ?

As above.

Thank goodness I'm leaving Sky. Awful prices, awful service provision, even worse customer service.

I want to return their junk as per their policy.

If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of any cancellation period (which is 31 days for Sky Q and 14 days for Broadband) for any loaned equipment they are expecting back. Sky may not ask for older hubs back such as the Sky Q hub.

If the arrival of packaging is delayed, lost or damaged on arrival it’s the customers responsibility to use their own packaging to return it. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

As I wasn't privy to that conversation I can't comment on what you may have been told.

Well, then can someone please give me the right information [removed]. Thanks.

I just want someone FROM SKY to confirm how to return their [removed] equipment please.

@Anonymous

The information I've provided is correct. If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. Sky won't reply to you on here.

This is such a waste of time.

It's a pointless forum. Man, even as a customer going out the door, sky manages to suprise you with new ways of being difficult and unhelpful, while paying them for the privilege.

Never again. Daniel, you've lost sky a customer. Keep up the good work LOL

Someone FROM SKY is unlikely to reply here, but by all means give them another call. Or tell us what they told you and we might be able to shed some light on it.

@Anonymous Nobody has pretended to be an agent of the company here, the information posted is correct , it has been the procedure ever since Sky Q was available.

If you where told different by a Sky employee then you will  have to call Sky to confirm what you where told.

No one employed by Sky will contact you based on your post here.
