Leavig property abruptly tday
The propety im in my wife is the sky account holder and she left me yesterday , Today im being taken into social care and i have no way of conacting the ex to get her to try and cancel the contract, the payment comes out of our joint account what am i likely to be liable for, im blind and in a weelchair, quick replys if possible please

Only the account holder can cancel the subscription, if Sky will allow her to. If the minimum term has ended she has to give Sky the required 31 days notice. Note that the latest T’s and C’s explicitly state she can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. (If they agree she will have to pay the remainder of the discounted term).
The payment coming from your joint account is another matter entirely. Sky won't be bothered who pays as long as it's paid.
