Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour service won't be reinstated until you pay your bill in full and setup a new continuous payment method (direct debit or card) on your account as a restrictions usually leads to the current payment method being removed from your account.
Note that is you become late by a couple of weeks, Sky may require the next month's bill being paid as well before service is restored.

If you are having difficulty paying you need to call Sky immediately and discuss it with them. We are fellow subscribers on the forum.

If your Sky services have been restricted (it’s normally only a missed payment that triggers this), any calls you try to make to Sky will only prompt you to make your payment.
