LINK NEW ACCOUNT, AFTER CANCELLING ORDER

Good Afternooon

To cut a long story short, I have cancelled my Full fibre, and sky stream. ( broadband was not acvitvated ) after 4 hours on the phone today sorting this out. ( incorrect advise given last week on the phone ). My current stream has been cancelled. 

 

They have set up a new account and have ordered myself a new sky stream box, and new broadband, ( which suits my needs more ). I am unable to see this new account or unlink the old one.

As I understand it, I will be given a new account number.

Can anyone advise or help, so I can view via the app the new order for stream and broadband.

Hello Jim

Thank you for the link, I ended up calling Sky accounts team, who realised when the agent was setting up my account today, he inputted in the incorrect email address. Which is why I could not see my account, or view or track the orders for stream, and router. Or even recover the account. 

The old account is now disconnected.
