Keep trying to take money without promotion
I cancelled my direct debit some time ago as they kept trying to take money early or to much so I pay through the app. But they insist on trying to take money out manually at wired time none stop. The money for the bill is sitting in my app account but they won't touch it. It's now affecting my credit score as it's no longer safe to keep money in my account so the payment keeps getting declined. My only option is to pay the fee to council the contract. Iv had many problems with sky since the day I sgind up but this is affecting my financial life now. Every attempt I make to resolve this wether it be through the app or on the phone seems to be ignored. I tolled my bank to block them but they told me because there doing it manually I would have to speak to sky, it's constant roundabouts. Dose anyone have a solution? Cheers.

The T's and C's you agreed to state you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up. It is you making manual payments that is causing the issue as Sky will try to take the money owed by your original payment method.
The best thing to do is reinstate your direct debit. I've paid my DD since 2001 and never had a problem,
