Keep receiving messages to return equipment

Hi I have already returned my equipment via royal mail after an up grade yet keep being asked to return or I will be charged . They were returned 8 weeks ago. I still have the proof they were sent.

If you don't want to call then there are links to Sky's social media sites at the bottom of the page as they might be able to help you with this especially as you have the proof of posting receipt.
