Keep previous account holder equipment

my finances mum is the account holder in our house. She moved to her own house and has sky there. The contract at our house is finished and we want to have the sky account in our name but sky dont do that. If her mum cancels the services at out address, would it be possible for us to just keep the equipment?

No. Once she's cancelled she'll be sent returns packaging. Once the notice period is over and the loaned equipment returned you or your fiancé can then set up a new account and new equipment will be sent out depending on what you order.
