Keep losing NETFLIX with Sky

Why am I regularly not able to get Netflix on Sky. I had a problem getting it when I paid Netflix direct so changed to getting it through SKY. Still a problem that seems to be happening a lot with other SKY customers. The problem is not with my set up or with NETFLIX. It's obviously Sky so why can't they sort it. I've seen so many ways you may be able to sort this from customers comments. I don't want to have to try all these suggestions myself. Sky should sort it. I'm in my seventies and don't want to have to jump through hoops . I've been a Sky customer for many years. Why can't SKY SORT IT.

Re: Keep losing NETFLIX with Sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

As you are only talking to other Sky customers on here and not Sky support can you provide some more details like what TV service do you have from Sky and what is happening ?

Re: Keep losing NETFLIX with Sky

I can get Netflix sometimes. It has just come on again now after being unable to get it all day. This happens a lot. I am a Sky Q customer .  This started happening a few months ago when I was paying to Netflix monthly and had been so for a long time with no problems. Then when try to get Netflix on Apps on my tv Netflix came up with a red circle going round and not getting anything else. On sky forums i could see lots of customers were complaining of this. I spoke to someone on the phone to Sky and decided to cancel my subscription to Netflix and get it through Sky. This seemed to sort this problem and Netflix was ok. Now same problem again. From other customers of Sky complaints it seems that Sky should sort this problem as the problem is not my connection here. I am also a VIP Sky customer as I have been with Sky many years.
