Keep getting charged/bills late payments after moving to a new broadband provider!

I Keep getting charged/bills late payments after moving to a new broadband provider!

 

My I have made the monthly payment to Sky at the beginning of September 2022 and moved to a new provider (new roater, engineer from another broadband came and installed all) on 25th of September.

 

I know have received outstanding bills for 2 months, there the letter stating that you will refer me to debt collectors and if not paid will cancel your service.

 

I'm not using Sky since end of September. What on earth is going here.

 

I can't even call the Sky. By calling I'm asked to pay so that my Sky would be reinstated.

 

what kind of customer service is that there you can't even call for someone to answer discuss the issue? Options only to pay, and than they hand up!!!!!!

Which broadband provider did you move to?
How did you cancel your Sky Broadband subscription?
Did you receive an email from Sky confirming cancellation?

@Anonymous  You're not talking to Sky through the forum, you say you moved your services, but the only service you can transfer is Broadband, do you still have TV services with Sky?

 

As you have mentioned reinstating services?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes, I have moved broadband and that's what I'm still betting charged for.

 

I have not had Sky TV. Only broadband and phone line as part of same package.
