Just returned to sky why are future bills estimated?

Frustrated as customer service number not recognised when i call.

I left sky last year because i couldnt get to speak to anyone and here we go again.

I was connected yesterday and now i see my future bills all estimated over 70 euro when my package is 55euro for signature and broadband. They put Cinema on which I did not request but said it was free for a month . I DID NOT OPT IN OR WANT THIS so does it go automatically or do I have to opt out.

@Maria651  It's free for a month then chargeable unless you physically phone sky and cancel

It depends on the terms of the offer. In some cases, the offer continues on a charged basis unless you cancel. I'd clarify with Sky, and if necessary, give your 30 days notice to cancel Sky Cinema today.

Future bills are estimates and take no account of future cancellations.

The first two bills are always higher due to the date period they cover (longer than the usual 4 weeks) as you can read about here, halfway down the page here:

So have you checked your future bills to see what they show:

Does your bill show that you are paying £0.00 for it, if not then you will need to call them about this.

@Maria651
Also make sure cancellation of Sky Cinema doesn’t cancel another discount. You may have been signed up for Cinema in order for another discount to be valid.
