It might take a little while to get this sorted but to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Update its now complete obviously there was a few issues according to sky agent saying the system Update failed and it was reading it was still waiting for package to be sent for sky puck and it was telling royal mail they still need to send out more packages  and she told me it was all sent back the equipment but they didn't tell me that in the email I only got half the story but she did say I'll contact royal mail to find out what is going on with regards to sending me more packages out which isn't the case so it's all updated which it' wasn't in the first place it's all sorted now I think
