Just returned my sky equipment but still keep sending me packing

I've already sent my original equipment back like super hub and tv puck but still keep getting emails from royal mail regarding your parcel is being delivered tomorrow but I got this last week same package and emails from royal mail its being received from sky it's on its way back but royal mail are still sending me boxes with returns label.

I know we add issues with the delivery of the bag being dispatched that's all down to a technical fault which took days to complete and now I received it its coming a joke now being sent emails from.royal mail regarding sky products with bags its been sent off now so its up to sky to sort it nothing more I can do now if I keep getting parcels being sent to me with labels

This is what I keep.on getting sent in post it's becoming a problem and a joke now I'm.not with sky now all the equipment was sent ages ago many thanks

As the cancellation of broadband brings a 14 day notice period and TV services a 31 day notice period the packaging is sent out towards the ends of those notice periods, so separately.

As long as you've returned everything Sky expects back and kept your proof of posting there's nothing else you need to do yet.

Well we have proof of receipt because my dad returned it back and he got  a receipt from the shop.so.we do.have proof definitely many thanks

Unless I am mistaken that letter you have been sent is from Sky and not Royal Mail so are Sky saying that you haven't returned it because if this is the case we can get you some help via here about this.

@caesarome yes it's from sky regarding sky broadband hub having to be sent back which we already did but still getting enails from royal mail sending me more bags why

Did you send the puck and hub in the same packaging?

@Daniel0210 no because they only sent out a tiny small cardboard like a dvd size  package which you get sent and things I've got wouldn't fit in the box which was provided no way the hub was quite big and everything else wouldn't go in that package so we sent it off in a bag with the label attached to it my dad knows what's required so he dealt with it

So you send back these two items in different boxes/bags and have proof for both of them ?

Oh well we didn't know that can't do nothing now its been sent off @caesarome we wasn't sure what to do
