Hi,
As the title above says, ive recently (days ago) purchased an Iphone 16 pro max with a sim data deal, phone is yet to arrive, but i was wanting to use the refer a friend scheme for my partner who is also looking to buy a phone. Every time i go to the refer a friend site and try to sign in to get my link it errors, do i have to wait until the phone arrives?? can anyone help me get the link earlier, aiming to buy in black friday promotion..

the website is the only way you can do this as you your partner needs to create own account using the link you send them via email

Hi,
Ive tried numerous browsers and different devices, cleared cache atleast 27 times. Just want to know if i need to of had my account for a certain amount of time before i can get my link or wether it is broken, could they not get me my referal link over the phone? everytime it just gives me a login error despite actually logging me in...

Does anyone know if my partner can make his purchase now, keep his account number, then when my link is finally working, he can add it in then?

@EmilyGreen No the referral code has to be used as part of a new account purchase and setup
the code cannot be added retrospectively

No this is my first purchase, so a relatively new account (7-10 days old now id say?)
the error i get each time i try to log in on the refer a friend page is :
"Login Error
Oops! Something went wrong and we weren't able to log you in."
