Hi, as title suggests I have made an order for broadband but am worried that I might have selected the wrong address. I can't see the order in the Order Tracker, and the numbers I've called all lead to automated messages where I can't make the request clear. Is there a way to double check the address I've submitted in the order to ease my concerns? I'm mostly sure I hadn't, but would like to be sure.
On that note, how long does it take for a new order to become visible on my account?

Thanks for that. I still can't see my order, nor have I been emailed anything other than the very basics (when my broadband will begin), so hoping that will show up pretty soon.
