Hi Sky Community ,
I have just entered into 24 month contract with Sky adding Sky Cinema to my existing package. I am no t confident with the answers to the questions I have posed to Sky over the phone ,
1) I was first advised I can cancel 24m contract at any time without cancellation charge which I knew did not sound right and today another Sky employee advised total opposite ie that you can be subject to early cancellation fees.
2) the during the 24m period whatever I have agreed today in terms of price will remain throughout and are not subject to change . So here again just got off the phone and advice given was Sky cannot change price , reading T&C on website says it can.
I am most fustrated of having to double and triple check the statements I get from Sky directly as they are very contraditory to one other - hence reaching out to the community
Thanks

Prices can (will) increase.
