Just cancelled but then get an email as though signed up for another 18 months
So I've just cancelled Sky and got 3 emails from them
1st
Updates to Apps on your Sky TV - confirming the cancellation of discovery+ and paramount+
2nd
We're just confirming what you've cancelled - confirming I've requested cancellation
3rd
Confirmation of the changes you've made to your Sky - this is the one that looks like I've taken out another contract for 18 months
It tells me to be prepared for the delivery day, lists a summary of the following changes, confirming I'm paying by direct debit
Sky Cinema £xx.00
18 months In-Contract discount -£x.00
18 months Sky Cinema Subscription Discounted -£x.00

You asked us to remove the following from your Sky package
Sky Signature
Multiscreen
Sky HD
Ultimate TV Add on
Ultra HD

Surely that last email ain't right, has this occurred for other users?
