Ive had a missed payment and paid it on my sky app but its not confirmed
I've had a missed payment been on my sky app and paid it my bank has sent me a text ro confirm but not confirming it on my sky app still telling me to pay it

The app won't update straight away you need to give it at least 48 hours have you also setup a new continuous payment method

Yes done everything they told me to had a text bk off my bank to confirm its come out just need to get confirmation from sky's end but u can't get to talk to anybody on phone

How is your bill usually paid, via a direct debit for example ?
When did you make this manual payment, was it today ?

Usually direct debit but because I lost my job couldn't pay last month so was able to pay to day went on my sky app paid but never went green to confirm but took money out of my bank

With a direct debit if the payment fails Sky will try again 10 days later, usually they would email you about this so what happened with this and what now shows on your bill regarding the payment you made ?
