Ive had 78 pound took out of my bank account an it shouldnt have
Ive cancelled my sky a few months ago it was all paid.i also messaged on chat an i asked if any money was owing I got told no it was all paid.as I paid every month an no outstanding money was owed.so why s 78 pound been took out of my account?

@Kellie+corke how did you cancel and did you receive official confirmation via email a copy of a chat transcript alone isn't sufficient enough proof in some cases
