Last year I had a very bad car accident which left me in a very bad way, am at home now, but still need treatment and transport to take me too and from hospital,, it's been very difficult for me, but as you can see am still making payments, but this has been very difficult trying to sort all these bills! If I get to the point where I can't then I would have to cancel my subscription and try other ways.

I'm not sure if you are aware but you are not talking to Sky support here as this is a place where Sky customers help each other. I would suggest registering with Sky's accessibility team and speaking to them about these issues and the fact you are struggling to pay your bills:
