I paid my bill on friday through the app but its tried to take the payment out my bank again

Unfortunately, your manual payment will have been received too late to stop the automated direct debit which was already in train. It's best not to make manual payments unless Sky ask you to.
Your manual payment will be credited against your next bill or if you wish, you can ask Sky to refund it, once your Sky account is in credit. Once the credit shows in your account, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can request a refund via a private online chat, if you wish.
