Iv just seen my bill and you taken money out and put it bak again also my bill is a lot more than it has bin

This might be due to the annual price and perhaps a discount you had is either coming or has ended.

No I hav had the basic package for years ....I had free films for a while and cancelled it

In that case you might have been aware that there is an annual price rise each April.

It's nearly 40 pound ova that can't be rite chec all my payments .....this isn't right
