Its not letting me getting in to make an account

I am a new client to sky and I am trying to set the account up its not letting me do it.

Hi @Anndodds  "not letting me do it" doesn't offer any clues for us to try and help you. Where exactly is it failing, on what device and web browser , any error messages etc.
