It says my access to my bills is restriced and I can't reset password for Sky ID to resolve

I can sign in to my Sky account but can't access anything about my broadband including my bills and payments. I need my bills to process my taxes. I've tried to sign in using Sky ID on desktop and the app but the password is not correct. I tried twice to reset the password but both times the link emialed to me said it had timed out. I clicked on it about 10 seconds after receiving the email so that can't possibly be correct. Does anything work with Sky?!

If you are unable to access the billing section are you signed in with the correct Sky ID and not perhaps another one or even an older ID if you left then returned ?
