Good evening I hope someone can help me as I'm totally dumbfounded and shocked and questioning wether joining sky was right choice
I moved from virgin to sky in May
I chose a package with total of 59 a month a made sure no broadband as kept virgins
so total package was £59 a month
I had it installed on May the 10th
I paid £20 upfront which was fine yet my bill was still £59 which I paid
and now my next bill has come at a shocking £122 move than double what I'm supposed to be paying in the first place I'm absolutely shocked and cannot even get hold of sky to discuss this
and then on my sky my future bills are 74 when I got a package which was 59 I'm totally shocked and disgusted sorry for long rant

Firstly thank you for your response
I have read that and tried to understand it
but double the amount I should be paying is not right and quite shocking to be honest
if I'm paying 59 a month why should the second one be more the double the amount

I get a pay a month in advance so if I pay one month already then why should I pay more than double the second month and yeah I was thinking that too

Find out moreWhile your bill is for the period between 3 July and 2 August you are also being billed for your old package from 10 June to 2 July which is why this bill is higher so as I asked previously what does next months bill show that you will be paying ?
