Issue with Sky WiFi Max Subscription Cancellation

I've already spoken with customer service to cancel the Sky WiFi Max subscription for this month. Despite paying for it last month, the £10 charge is still on this month's bill. I won't be paying this bill if the subscription isn't canceled. I'll switch to Vodafone as my neighbors recommend it. Please cancel the WiFi max subscription and reduce the £10 from the bill.

@Shaheen1

We are customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky so can you explain what this £10 charge is and are you currently still a Sky Broadband customer ?

Note that it's typically not possible to switch ISP while owing an outstanding balance to the current provider, for fairly obvious reasons.  If you unilaterally cease paying then Sky stops talking to you (apart from increasingly strident demands), which hugely complicates resolving any issues.
