Issue with Sky Wi-Fi activation and missing Sky ID email

Hi everyone,


I’m writing because I’m having a serious issue with the activation of my Sky services and haven’t been able to fix it in any way.

 

On October 4th, I signed the online contract for Sky Wi-Fi + Sky Entertainment and Cinema after receiving the digital signature email at 09:57.


I completed the whole process successfully, but I never received the email to create my Sky ID, so I can’t access Sky Go or my customer area.

 

Every time I try to call the Sky customer service number, I immediately hear:

“Hi Massimiliano, we’re sorry but the number you entered is incorrect.”
even though I haven’t pressed anything.

I also tried to contact support through Skyler and the online bot, but the only response I get is that “a problem has occurred.”

 

I called again using another phone number, and one operator finally gave me my customer code, but in my personal Sky area there’s no Sky Wi-Fi subscription visible or in progress.

 

I’ve asked several times to receive a copy of the documents I signed, but I haven’t received anything yet.


At the moment, I have no access to any services and no proper support from Sky.

 

Could someone please look into this issue and help me:
1️⃣ Receive the signed contract documents.
2️⃣ Correctly activate or link my Sky Wi-Fi subscription to my account.

As customers here all we can suggest is that you use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to make contact with Sky about this.
