Hi

Is anyone having issues with changing their address on the website? Everytime I click the link the page just reloads over and over and then says sorry we're having technical issues.

I've just moved house with my Sky stream and would like to update it to the new address but it won't let me. The virtual assistant is not very helpful either!

@Mista_01 You need to call Sky directly to change address it can't be done online

@SKY1992bf Thanks for the information.

Bit strange that there is even a link to change your address on the website if you have to call. If I manage to get through to someone I'll let them know.
