Is it possible to use the vue cinema tickets with any other cinema?

sound a daft question but my friend has a similar offer with a different company, with vue tickets, and he's able to use them at odeon, so said it might be worth checking.

We don't have a vue within 90 mins of us.

The terms and conditions do say that can only be used at Vue cinemas.
