Sky has been okay with my upgrade to Sky Q, but I had to reschedule the installation date because the engineer could only work within the time slot allocated between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. I asked if the engineer could arrive earlier to accommodate a hospital appointment that came up unexpectedly when my wife woke up with deafness. Will there be a charge of £25 for moving the installation?Will I be charged £25 for moving the installation?
