Is everyone who is on  sky stream still not getting there mobile bill added to there account

@Hammy3339  Mobile billing is always separate from tv but by linking your mobile account to your sky id you will be able to see them together 

 

so are you having difficulty linking your id to your mobile account

Can't seem to get my mobile linked to my sream account and I can't get it either when I go to my mobile bill

As stated above  by @SKY1992bf you need to link your mobile account to your Sky ID. So what happens when you try this by following this guide:

Every time I try and link my accounts it keeps saying there's been an error on sky's behalf 

When I try to go through billing it takes to sky mobile page to buy a phone

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
