so are you having difficulty linking your id to your mobile account

Can't seem to get my mobile linked to my sream account and I can't get it either when I go to my mobile bill

Every time I try and link my accounts it keeps saying there's been an error on sky's behalf
When I try to go through billing it takes to sky mobile page to buy a phone

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
