Invitations not being sent when inviting people and sharing my Sky Account

"Share your Sky services with up to 5 members of your family and friends" but when inviting my daughter to the account, I enter her email address expecting an invitation to be sent - but alas, nothing is received. 

 

Have tried with alternative emails in case it is a Gmail issue - no change

 

Contacted Sky support - after 2 hours waiting on chat, got told to contact a number provided, engineer proimised to call back after speaking to back end team but heard no more

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

I suppose she has checked that these emails are not being misidentified as spam are are ending up in her trash/junk/bin folders ?

Hey Caesarome,

 

Thanks - I should have added that point but yes, checked spam, junk etc on her email and also the other email addresses I tried inviting too.

 

More clarification - I only have 2 existing family members already sharing and 2 devices registered in Sky Go so well within the limits

Lisa - is there no resolution to this?  It seems strange to offer sharing with family members, but for customers not to be able to use the offer because of a technical problem.
