Invalid Postcode - when trying to login

Hi,

I've seen some posts on here regarding an 'Invalid postcode' error when trying to login both online and in the app, but no resolution has been posted.

I'm getting the same error and it means I ca't roll data on my phone, check bills, anything. Very frustrating.

 

Any help or answers gratefully recieved... (yes, I have tried the postcode both with and without a space).

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
