Install

I was due an installation on 03/01/2024 but no engineer showed up. I haven't heard anything back regarding why they didn't show up or when this will be rescheduled. 
I  had no response to any messages. 
very disappointed and frustrated . 
poor customer service.

If it still shows as the 3rd or nothing shows then give Sky a call.

Also what service are you getting installed?
