In January 2024 SKY.COM were offering a UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY to JOIN SKY with a BUNDLE DEAL including SKY ULTRA FAST BROADBAND AND TV STREAMING WITH SKY GLASS AND NETFLIX DISCOVERY PLUS SKY GO AND SKY TALK (PAY AS YOU TALK @ NO EXTRA CHARGE BETWEEN the Hours of Monday to Friday 7am - 7am and All Day 24 hrs Saturday and Sunday..ALL calls made over 1hr long to be chargeable at the rates of SKY TALK NORMAL RATES) THIS WAS OFFERED ALL INCLUSIVE FOR NO SET UP FEE NO TECH COST £0.00 SKY BROADBAND ULTRA FAST - £16 A MONTH FOR 18 MONTHS SKY TV STREAMING SERVICE INCL NETFLIX DISCOVERY PLUS SKY GO - £10 A MONTH FOR 18 MONTHS SKY TALK PAY AS YOU TALK INCL 24VHR MONDAY TO SUNDAY £0.00 FREE OFFERING ME A PACKAGE DEAL AMOUNT OF £26.60 A MONTH ALL INCL FOR 18 MONTHS I have copies of the contract and other documents associated to support THIS AGREED CONTRACT DUE to the Person Assigning the DEAL OFFERING by COLD CALLING and OFFERING a BETTER DEAL THAN I WAS RECEIVING FROM VIRGIN MEDIA @ £31.99 A MONTH for 24 MONTHS ALL INCL MY BILL AFTER 2 MONTHS 29TH JAN TO 24 MARCH IS £180.80 BROADBAND AND SKY TALK £92.36 SKY STREAMING SERVICE TV AND NETFLIX DISCOVERY PLUS SKY GO ETC 2 MONTHS NOW AMOUNTING TO £263.16 (UP TO MARCH 26TH 2024) WHATEVER IS POSSIBLE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARRANGED THIS DEAL TO THEN CHANGE THE CONTRACT BY ACCIDENTALLY CANCELLING IT AND THEN REINSTATING IT THE NEXT DAY AS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CONTRACT BUT CLAIMED ITS EXACTLY THE SAME NO CHANGES HOW DO I PRECEED SKY HAVE OFFERED THIS SERVICE ABOVE BUT AT £23 A MONTH FOR TV STREAMING SERVICE KEEPING NETFLIX DISCOVERY PLUS 18 MONTHS SKY TALK NOT FREE AT FULL PRICE NO DEDUCTIONS SKY BROADBAND £19 A MONTH SKY CINEMA £10 A MONTH TOTALLING £53 A MONTH FOR 18 MONTHS THEY HAVE ASKED FOR ME TO CLEAR THE £180.80 THEY WILL WAVER THE £93 BUT I STILL PWE ANOTHER £53 TOTALLING £233.80 TO REINSTATE MY SERVICES I HAVE TOURETTES SYNDROME AND MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND THEY'VE CUT THE WHOLE SERVICE OFF AND UNLESS I AGREE TO THIS AMENDMENT THEY CAN'T REINSTATE IT AT ALL AGREE TO THEIR VIEWS AND NEW CONTRACT DESPITE THE EVIDENCE OF FACT IN THE INITIAL CONTRACTS AND REALIZE THEY ARE CHARGES FOR UNPAID FEES £30 WHERE THE BILLS WERE INCORRECTLY MADE IN MY SKY ACCOUNT I WAS UNABLE TO PAY AS THE SKY PAY SERVICE WOULD NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS AS THEY WERE WRONG IN THE TRANSIT OF THEIR OWN COMMUNICATIONS WHAT DO I DO ???

I would observe that Ultrafast broadband, subscription television with Netflix and an unlimited voice call bundle for £26 would be hugely below cost price to Sky.

 

As I noted in your other post, Sky Talk Pay As You Talk does not have any inclusive outgoing call allowance and is the default voice service bundled with Sky Broadband.  The add-ons for inclusive calling use the 'Extra' branding: 'Evenings & Weekends Extra, Sky Talk Anytime Extra and Sky Talk International Extra' and if one of those isn't on the account then outbound calls are going to be billed per minute
