I would observe that Ultrafast broadband, subscription television with Netflix and an unlimited voice call bundle for £26 would be hugely below cost price to Sky.
As I noted in your other post, Sky Talk Pay As You Talk does not have any inclusive outgoing call allowance and is the default voice service bundled with Sky Broadband. The add-ons for inclusive calling use the 'Extra' branding: 'Evenings & Weekends Extra, Sky Talk Anytime Extra and Sky Talk International Extra' and if one of those isn't on the account then outbound calls are going to be billed per minute

Sorry to hear that you had such a bad journey with Sky so far.
