Keep getting emails telling me I am a silver vip but when I try to click on any I get told I am not eligible. Asked customer service when I renewed my contract and she said it is because I only have broadband and talk. So why send me emails? Bit mean...plus I am paying as much as a new customer who is eligible and yet I am a loyal customer. Am i really not eligible? If not surely auto email system can see that and only send to customers it is relevant too?

When you see the eligible message does it give you a list of reasons that might apply ?

Now it says this...which is at least progress and may be because I have just renewed my contract? Will have to wait and see.

Eligibility
be a Sky customer (that is, have an active Sky TV and/or Sky Broadband and/or Sky Talk and/or Sky Mobile account).
To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
