In Spain | a text comes in saying cancelled

So I'm on a beach and a text comes through saying I'm swapping broadband, however, I'm in Spain and tried to find out what's going on but nothing connects.

no email.

no international number

whats going on?  No way for me to find out.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

I take it you're not switching email provider?

honestly the company is a joke...  you literally cannot call them from abroad to find out what's going on.

Are you sure the text is from Sky and not a scam one, if it is from Sky use the number shown here to contact them:

@Berthold

Sounds like someone has applied for a broadband service with another isp and has incorrectly input their house number or post code. You do need to contact Sky asap to stop this.

See option 2 on this link for a number

Up to you, of course, but I'd recommend not leaving it until next week, If your broadband and phone services are irretrievably cancelled, you'll have to sign up again with a consequent 14 days delay before they're reinstated (and you may well lose your phone number, if that's a consideration).
