I have tried multiple avenues to speak with a person. The virtual agent does not give an option to speak with anybody. It is an incredibly frustrating experience.

thanks for the advice. I let the bot go on for about 3 mins without saying anything; it just kept repeating the request for my phone number. When I give my phone number, it just sends an SMS and ends the call... Managed to get in contact with someone on Whatsapp of all things.
