If you had to cancel last minute or similar after you had won 2 vip tickets for a sporting event, can you pass to family to go ?

You can cancel the tickets via the app itself, as this is what it says in the FAQ bit at the bottom of the ticket page:
"14. How do I cancel some or all of my tickets ?"
You can do this at any time before the event by clicking on 'My Bookings' and choosing the event and the number of tickets you want to cancel."
To do this click the Sky VIP logo, then swipe through the categories and select the correct tickets section (eg Tickets to Cinema Screenings). Finally, select the My Bookings tab at the top and follow the instructions to view your tickets
