I would like to speak to a real person at sky

I would like to speak to someone at Sky. The automated voice keeps hanging up on me

Is the issue something we can help with and save you a call? 

These are the current methods for contacting Sky…

▪️call by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile.

Calls to Sky will start automated which may offer you the online help route (see below) or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

▪️ Sky Assistant is also available at the top of sky.com/help for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It will provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

Not sure why you didn't start your own thread, but if you want to add MUTV on Sky Q, either:

 

  • Go to channel 418 and press the red button or
  • Call the number on screen that the forum prevents me from adding or
  • Upgrade online at sky.com/united (scroll down to add and sign in)

I spoke with your customer services team today. It was the girl's 1st day. She could barely speak English. I asked her to reduce my package at the end of the month. And now she's taken all my subscription off and now my family cannot watch TV due to not subscribing. Even though I pay the full amount for the every channel. I want it reactivated immediately

Sorry @Marcel5 but we are not Sky support here as we are customers who help each other so as you did earlier you will have to call Sky back about this.

@BeKind You will have to call Sky to see if they will refund you, you will have to prove you where missold though.
