I need to speak to an actual human being to get sky tv installed
looked for a phone number but I can't find one
Anyone have any idea how to call these people?

If you do have Sky Stream Sky do not offer a setup service as you need to do that yourself.

You are absolutely right! Try searching 'Sky customer service number' .... You won't find one! Absolutely shocking. I have been away from sky for nearly 18 months now and it appears to have gone downhill. Called up to see if I can get a new customer deal, got told as 18 months are not up (17 months!) , I am not a 'new customer' and quoted me an existing customer price! Decided to stick with Virgin Media who gave me a great deal and chucked in TNT sport for free. Sky weren't prepared to negotiate whatsoever.

That's not true. Googling 'Sky customer service number' gives this as the top result:

I bought a broadband deal over a month ago and booked installation for 16th April. I've had no confirmations and my account doesnt have any orders. how do I speak with an agent?

i keep getting stuck in the auto system.
All I want to do is talk to someone as I did on the 9th September.
It wont let me talk to anyone just goes round in an endless circle.
Surely there must be some way of communicating with a human!!!

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

I have tried twice using sky chat for over 45 minutes each time during my dinner hour to sort out my contract, the first time I thought it was all done-rearranged my contract keeping everything I currently have and agreed price of £ 80.00 when I went on my account at home nothing has been changed, I went back on sky chat and after I left there was another message saying gone for 1/2 hr lunch compulsary so she did not put it through, I went back chat again asked your agent to look at chat and can he put it through he came back with £ 90,00 even though you can see the 80.00 after another 45 mins he did exactly the same went on half hour compulsary break, I e-mailed to sky and said I would get reply within 3 days which would have been Monday gone still not heard a thing, Sky customer service ?? there is none
