Re: How do I speak with the customer service?

@Judyann1
Is it something we can help with (we are customers here)? If not, to call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number.

The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.

Any calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Go ahead, give Sky a call. Repeating the same thing isn't going to change the reply.

We're not customer services here, I'm afraid.

How have you been trying to contact them?

Sky have a number of methods of contacting them including via the Sky Help Team accounts on X and Facebook, alongside calling them.

They also have a number of online help documents available from https://www.sky.com/help/home which can help self resolve some common issues.

They are there. You just have to be patient and wait to get through to an agent. Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

@dad1001  Calls to 01, 02 & 03 are normally free with most mobile providers or charged as a local call, if you refuse to call them then sadly thre isn't much the community can do to help.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: I would like to speak to a real person at sky what's the number?

we all now the comunity can not help with issues that why sky have this in place

As why would you be here

Its clearly just another way for sky to refuse to give any assistance and to hope customers get tired of looking and then forget about the issues

As no assistance is given here by sky customer service
