Definitely.
Customer 'loyalty' is a misnomer. You haven't stayed with Sky up to now from a sense of loyalty. It's simply because they've offered the products you want at a price you're willing to pay.

That's what a lot of customers are having to decide on. As stated earlier if you do that, after 18 months you'd benefit from new customer deals with Sky.

hello EE then. Its a pitty because you use to get put through to the office in Livingston and they always gave you a discount to stay. Now I'll have to change my email address.

No need. As long as you log in regularly you'll be able to continue to use it.

Don't ever bother ringing them. Useless, incoherent and clearly untrained. I've been multiple times for the same bill, once resolved, by my efforts were only resolved. Once was an ICONIC company has become shambles..

See my post above. The forum software will not allow us to post numbers but it is on that page!

I'm just going to cancel. I've been paying double what I should with one box not even working because it is so difficult dealing with them. They have zero customer service

You'll need to call anyway to cancel. 31 days notice required. You won't be able to cancel if you're 'in contract' for Sky TV.
