What isn't? The earlier posts explain how to obtain the number to call Sky.

Im in the same boat been with sky for over 20 years, The indian call centre got £1 off my bill that has gone up 50% in the last two years. was told they cant lower the bill. Looks like the only way forward is to cancel sky. Sky do not care a jot about customer loyalty. The only way to contact sky UK is to write to them. Otherwise you have to go through the call centre (who cant authorise anything). Going out to buy a stamp.

Thats not true at all, Sky have customer services agents based in the UK along with those based offshore, calls are transferred to the next available agent when you phone.

well the best they can offer is £20 off the £80 bill 30mbs broad band
If I were a new customer I could 500mbs broadband and a better entertainment package for £53 (no setup fee)
SKY VIP = Mug

Every customer is a Sky VIP, your VIP status doesn't affect discounts its purely for rewards and ballot entries for the Sky VIP app.

OK SKY Platinum VIP = Mug
incidently sky chat vanished so after an hour and 45 min I am back to square 1.
The time I spent waiting at least gave me the chance to check out EE and the EE TV Pro box.
It seems to me for the best deal switch every 24 months. Loyalty = squat
