My sky was working now its not can get on 2 watch the TV

Can you clarify which TV platform you have Sky Q, Sky+, Sky Glass or Stream… and then what's happening?

Hi Louise, thanks for contacting. I Finally got a telephone no and got through to sky. Eventually after 6 hours later  my SKY has now came back online. Being Disabled it was very difficult but I finally managed it. Take care, Tony.

Hello - can I ask what number you got through on please? I tried to "Contact Us" in the section which said have you tried online - and got the same robot - I've got a headache now.

@SheelaghD phone numbers can't be posted on the forum which is why the advise is always to use the number posted under that "Contact Us" section.

 

You will find, like a lot of big companies the first part of the phone system is automated. If it keeps trying to send you over to the forum you could try saying nothing and it should put you into the queue to speak to an advisor.

You will need to call Sky unless us customers can help you on here with your issue ?

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Same here.  After more than a week of all this online rubbish,  I was told I'd have a call back within 24/48 hrs, then got given a date and time approx 65/66 hrs later.
