I would like to pay my outstanding bill I’ve been seriously ill in hospital with cancer

Please help me get my sky back up and running. I have left it for so long because I've been in hospital with cancer. I would like to clear my debt as I'm gonna spend in a long time in bed rest

We're a ccustomer Community, I'm afraid, not Sky personnel. You can pay online via the MySky app or the Bills section of your online account via your browser, or by calling.

If your  bill has been outstanding for more than a couple of months, your account may have been closed. Once you've paid the outstanding amount you'll be able to speak to Sky to ask if they'll re-open it.
