150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

If you are offered a discount the chances are it will come with a new 24 month contract so you will need to make up your mind whilst you're on the phone to them as such offers are usually one time only.


Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
