I wish to change my sky account

I spoke with a SKY representative mind October and we agreed upon this package however it has not been changed. 

I want my account to change to the below and I expect a refund for the difference as I asked for it to be changed

If you choose to keep only the broadband, I can reduce your bill from €64 to €59. If you decide to keep the basic TV and broadband, I can lower it to €64.50 per month for 12 months.

Trust me, this is the best deal available for existing customers with Sky.

Shall we proceed with that option?

As we are just customers here all we can say is that you need to call Sky Ireland when the phone lines open again on Monday morning.
