If you've cancelled, your VIP status will be lost.

If you have given Sky your cancellation notice then Sky VIP will also be cancelled once your services are cancelled and should you sign up or rejoin then your VIP status is reset.

If you want to keep your VIP status, uncancel before the end of your notice period.

I never cancelled my sky subscription when I moved house but sky cut me off several weeks before I moved by mistake, then restarted my vip status like I am a new customer. That was 3 years ago and I'd been with them 20 years! They never corrected it even when asked, although admitted it was their mistake!

@Emmzz if loss of your VIP tenure is a concern, give Sky another call.

@smanth2708  If you are moving a Home move should have been booked there isn't aneed to cancel services, as advised you need to call to undo the cancellation, when you do eventually move book a home move.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
