I returned my old box through thec Post Office on 07/05/2025. [Removed]

I have been charged for the non return of the box £ 80.

They delay in return was that my new box had not arrived. I returned the box immediately on receiving the new box.

Please refund my £ 80.

I think that I have got involved in a scam when trying to return the box.

I dont know how this happened.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers. Have you kept your proof of posting / tracking information / email from Sky confirming the package is with the courier?

Sky use Unipart to deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse.

With or without proof of posting we would normally escalate this to Sky via their Messaging Team, unfortunately the process is unavailable until next week.

You can contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means, through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling perhaps. Alternatively post back on this thread next week and we can see if we can help you further.

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.

Youll need to explain.

If you returned this via your local post office then there is no scam involved so all you need to do is to contact Sky and give them that tracking number.
